Scouts BSA Troop 4027 goes under the designation: T27 - We celebrated our 75th anniversary in 2017 - We service the youth in the area surrounding the Town of Newburgh. We are located at American Legion Post 1420, Union Avenue Ext, Newburgh. - Our troop has a Christmas Wreath fundraising program that helps offset the financial costs of the Scouting program. - Our past Eagle Projects have benefited and supported the community as well as public and private nature facilities. Our troop also participates in several charitable and military veteran organizations. We believe in giving back to our community and practice the Scout Laws with every opportunity. - We are open to any and all youth interested in Scouting regardless of experience and parent volunteers are always encouraged. For 79 Years, our Troop has upheld the traditions of the BSA as well as adapted with the changing world around us. We're a modern troop with a grounded foundation and look forward to a bright future in our new Council, the Great Hudson Valley Council.
